The MemberDex iOS app is a real native app — built in Swift, downloaded from the App Store, living on the home screen. Opens instantly with no spinner. No browser tab to lose. No web-page-pretending-to-be-an-app sluggishness. Members open it, find a person, and get on with their day. The roster is fully self-contained — it never merges into the iPhone Contacts app, so personal phone books stay personal.

Members

CSV export
Streamed export up to 250,000 rows. CSV-injection escaped, so spreadsheet macros stay disarmed.
TOTP MFA
Per-admin opt-in with brute-force lockout (10 attempts / 15 minutes). Standard authenticator apps.
Password policy
12-character minimum, two-category mix, common-blocklist, and optional HIBP breach check.
Audit log
Login, invite, password reset, impersonation, restore, and admin action all recorded with details.
Webhook health
Stripe webhook delivery monitored end-to-end. Failed deliveries are surfaced and retry-eligible.
Same-origin admin
Admin SPA is served same-origin with the API. Origin-header guard rejects cross-origin browser writes.
iOS pinning
Public-key pinning in release builds. Misconfigured deploys fail closed instead of falling back.
Multi-tenant isolation
Row-level org tenancy. Cross-org access blocked even when paths are tampered with.

Subprocessors disclosed
Every third-party service that touches member data is listed publicly at /subprocessors.html. Material changes are noted with the date.
US-based hosting
Single-region production deployment in the United States. No EU or non-US data centers in the data path; US-only residency by design.
Audit log on every admin action
Logins, invites, password resets, member changes, restores, and super-admin impersonation events are all recorded with timestamp, actor, and target. Exportable.
Tenant-isolated database
Every record is org-scoped; cross-org access is blocked at the query layer, not just the UI. Row-level isolation is verified in tests on every CI run.
Backups you can hold
Download your whole community as a zip anytime — settings, fields, members, photos, logo. Off-site, age-encrypted nightly backups on our side as well.
Member-counting honesty
Billing tier counts active members + pending invites only. Deactivated members and archived records don't count against your plan ceiling.
Plain-language privacy
Privacy policy, terms, and refunds are written in plain English, not lawyer paste. Linked from every page footer.
